Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Prime Tech, we believe in clear, transparent terms and predictable service.
The following refund and cancellation policies are designed to fairly reflect the different nature of single-event ordersand long-term rental agreements, while providing flexibility whenever possible.

Refund & Cancellation Policy - Single-event orders
All Prime Tech services are subject to the following cancellation and refund conditions.
Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the rental or service period. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the start time are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.

Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable, and 100% of the service fee will be retained.
As full payment by bank card is required at the time of booking, any applicable refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Changes to the scheduled date or time of a confirmed booking may be made free of charge, subject to availability and capacity, and must be requested in advance.
Refund & Cancellation Policy - Long-Term Rental Agreements
The following terms apply to long-term rental agreements, including monthly, semi-annual (6-month), and annual rental plans.
Long-term rentals are offered at discounted rates, calculated based on the selected rental duration. Due to the nature of these preferential pricing structures, full payment by bank card is required at the time of order confirmation.

Once a long-term rental agreement has commenced, the rental fee is non-refundable, in whole or in part. This applies to all monthly, semi-annual, and annual rental plans.

Cancellations requested before the start date of the rental period may be accepted at our discretion. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and reservation costs.

Early termination of an active long-term rental agreement does not entitle the client to a refund, as the pricing reflects a commitment to the full rental term and includes long-term discounts.

Changes to the start date of a confirmed long-term rental may be requested free of charge, subject to availability and prior agreement.
By completing the booking and payment process, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
