To ensure reliable operation and the highest service quality, Prime Tech equipment is primarily delivered and installed by our own trained technicians.
Delivery & On-Site Installation
In most cases, equipment delivery is carried out by Prime Tech technicians, including on-site installation and system setup. Following delivery and installation, clients have the opportunity to participate in a short on-site orientation, during which we demonstrate the basic and safe operation of the system.
When delivery and installation are selected, the rental fee is calculated based on the time the equipment is in use at the event location, starting from the completion of setup and ending after dismantling.
This delivery method is strongly recommended, as it ensures proper configuration, smooth operation, and optimal performance during the event.
Self Pickup from Warehouse
Clients may also choose personal pickup from our warehouse free of charge. In this case, a short orientation on the use of the equipment is also available upon pickup.

For self pickup rentals, the rental period is calculated based on calendar days, covering the time between pickup and return of the equipment.
